General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

The new EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) will enter into force on 13 December 2024.

What does this mean for you as a retailer?

All consumer products placed on the EU market from this date onwards must include certain mandatory information, particularly when sold via an online shop.
According to the GPSR, this information must be clearly and visibly displayed on or near the product listing.

A reassuring note in advance:
Products that were placed on the market before 13 December 2024, and which do not include the GPSR-required information, may continue to be sold.
