Cryptlock marked the beginning of Mike’s journey into the world of high-quality miniatures back in 2006 – and it didn’t take long for them to earn one award or another. Each piece is based on an original master sculpt, professionally hand-modeled by Mike and faithfully cast in resin.
Almost two decades later, the idea for the “9töter heads” was born, and we are currently considering integrating the minis into the 9töter series. The miniatures are not available at the moment.

When Bavarian wood comes back to life – in the bavarian bustart Studio Section, you’ll find sculptures created from raw wood using a chainsaw. Alongside his free works, Mike also creates custom commissions based on your personal ideas. Whether small accents or impressive large-scale sculptures – he transforms your vision into a unique, lasting work of art made of wood.

“Heads and Tales” – The idea of turning the concepts behind the Cryptlock miniatures into a series of busts soon became a project that wouldn’t let us go. The first “heads” were created in 1/6 scale, and we are currently working intensively on new versions in 1/3 scale.
